A Boy and His Duck...

Christy was able to find this portable bathtub shaped like a duck that AJ just loves to take a bath in. It works really well and even quacks when you squeeze its bill!
Also, here are some still shots of the boy and his soccer ball. He really enjoyed playing ball with Daddy. Just see the video from yesterday if you have any doubts.
Hope you enjoyed the pics as much as we did!

Playing Catch!

A joy for us today was playing catch with AJ for the first time...
Ok, maybe he didn't really throw the ball, but he had a great time...
Watch it and you'll see!

The Lion...

The posts are a bit less frequent as Tatum has practice nearly every night now until the middle of August as she is performing in a local production of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe." We'll try to keep getting some posts up but life is EXTREMELY hectic currently.

Hope you understand!

The Coleman's Party

Our good friends, the Coleman's will soon be leaving us for Wisconsin. The girls threw a little going away party for them recently. You can tell it was around the 4th! We'll really miss these guys as they were great friends to all of us! May God bless them in every way in their new life up north!

AJ Up Close - The 7 month old edition

Back by popular demand, we continue the "AJ Upclose" series. The pics of AJ at night are from the 4th of July that Christy, AJ and I spent in Fayetteville, AR. The other pictures are from various times in the past few weeks. The boy's really learning how to sit. Still no teeth, still no crawling, still no real words. He will say "Dadaddadadadada" as he is whining or angry and telling us off. I don't think THAT can be a good sign. ;) He's still pretty cute though!

Dogwood Canyon

There's a little place outside Branson called Dogwood Canyons, http://www.dogwoodcanyon.com/. It's a very nice nature park with an easy to walk trail that follows a winding stream. On each side of the canyon there are multiple waterfalls that fill beautiful ponds teeming with rainbow trout. It's really quite nice. We went there last week as part of our mini-vacation to Branson and we all loved it. You should check it out if you're ever heading to Branson...

Dogwood Canyon #2

Here are more pictures from Dogwood Canyon. Enjoy!
